Are We The Turning Point Generation?’a book written byan entrepreneur and relentless youth advocate, Chude Jideonwo was on Sunday launched at the Federal Palace Hotel in Lagos.
The book launch was chaired by former education minister and vice president of the World Bank was attended by former Presidential aspirant, Pat Utomi, former commissioner in Lagos state, Rasheed Gbadamosi, Jimi Agbaje, Olusegun Adeniyi, Funmi Iyanda, Mo Abudu and several others.
Highlight of the book launch was several reading session from the book by the author as well as a procession calling for the rescue kidnapped Chibok schoolgirls.
While Jideonwo urged the Nigerian youth to their best in whatever capacity they find themselves in bringing about the needed change, the procession called for the rescue of kidnapped Chibok schoolgirls.
The star-studded procession which was led by Oby Ezekwesili also had Timi Dakolo, Toke Makinwa, Gbemi Olateru-Olagbegi, Funmi Iyanda, Kola Oyeneyin, Ebuka Obi-Uchendu, Julius Agwu, Denrele Edun, Omoni Oboli.
Others are Ice Prince, Vector, Monalisa Chinda, Kathleen Ndongmo, Linda Ikeji, Yemi Adamolekun and many others who chanted “bring back our girls now and alive” while holding letter cards and candles.
